E-Consent

By using this Site and submitting a request, you agree that clicking the submit button acts as your electronic signature, and you consent to receive disclosures, notices and communications from Shieldtova and any lender we share your request with electronically rather than on paper.

What this covers

This includes any required disclosures a lender must send you, including notices of adverse action. It does not limit any other consent or agreement you separately give to a specific lender once you're matched with them.

Your ability to access documents

By consenting, you confirm you have the hardware and software needed to view and retain electronic records — at minimum, an internet connection, a current web browser, and the ability to view and save PDF files. If you'd prefer paper copies of anything, contact us using the details below and we'll advise on next steps.

Withdrawing consent

You may withdraw your consent to electronic communications at any time by contacting us; note that withdrawing consent may affect our ability, and the ability of lenders in our network, to process your request.
